Frederick Cutajar

Contested the Local Council elections of 1994 and 1998 as an Independent candidate. Served as Mayor of Santa Lucija from 1994 to 2001. Following the Labour Party’s decision to take part in the Local Councils elections, Mr Cutajar contested the election of 2001, 2004, 2007 and 2012 as a Labour Party candidate where he was elected as Mayor in all elections. Mr Cutajar contested the elections of 2015 and 2019 where he was elected as Vice Mayor of the Santa Luċija Local Cuncil in both elections.

Terrence Ellul
Councilor

Contested the Local Council elections for the first time in March 2012 as a Labour Party candidate. He was elected Councillor in the locality of Santa Luċija. In July 2012 he was appointed as Vice Mayor after this post was vacated by the death of Mr. Joe Balzan who was occupying this post. Mr Ellul contested the Local Elections of 2015 where he was elected as Mayor and the Local Elections of 2019 where he was elected as a councillor for the Santa Lucija Local Council.
